Chamomile tea may help people relax and fall asleep.A 2019 review noted that, after 2-4 weeks of treatment with chamomile, people with generalized anxiety disorder saw an improvement in symptoms. Treatment with chamomile may also improve sleep quality.

These are the plants which are in use to improve the mental health besides the other health benefits and adding beauty to our environment. 
As lavender oil or fragrance are use to reduce the level of anxiety but not be use in place of medicine. As it may cause health issues to individuals suffering from allergies of other disorder. 

Similarly chamomile tea may not prove good for some individuals due to other health issues or may upset stomach.
