 Native plants  role in  local environment:

Some plants are native  to countries of Asia like Pakistan and India .Their role in local environment as conserving biodiversity and Protecting  soil for erosion are discussed here. Other beneficial uses are also highlighted.

Ecological role:It provides shade shelter and forage for wildlife. It's root also stabilize soil and preventing destrification. Play role in biodiversity conservation as food source for birds mamamls insects and reptiles in dry land. 

It's bark and seed are source of tannin.

Sweet smell of fruit attracts large number of birds which aid in the pollination of these plant and also source of food and shelter for birds. So they play role in biodiversity too.

Ecological role:Widely used for ornamental planting. As tree has scented attractive flowers and also we'll suited as shade tree. 

Leaves include some medicinal value and due to its huge trunk size its wood is used for fuel wood production and construction works.

Ecological role:Great protector of environment as they are not adapted to just one type of soil they are able to tolerate fluctuation in soil conditions. Mainly promote grennery and conserve humidity. Dense canopy absorb carbon dioxide. These are less water demanding plants. 

Olive is used as food source and also for oil extraction. Which has great health benefits. 

All these plants are native to our environment and providing benefits to environment by various ways but disease attack e.g. die back on Sheesham plant might lead to its extinction. So we should protect these plants in order to protect our environment and biodiversity.
